Terms

SpawnPy is a private workspace for capturing ideas and choosing a next move. You keep ownership of your content. The operator processes it only to provide and maintain the service.

Use with care

Keep your password private. Do not store unlawful content, abuse registration or recovery forms, or attempt to access someone else’s records. Avoid storing sensitive personal information about other people.

Your ideas and availability

You are responsible for your ideas and decisions. No outcome, uninterrupted availability, or permanent storage is guaranteed. Account deletion is permanent in active storage; backup expiry follows the published retention schedule.

Before publishing

The owner must supply operator identity and contact details, effective date, eligibility and minimum age, support and termination process, governing jurisdiction, permitted liability terms, and notice procedures for changes. Review this draft before enabling public registration.
