Privacy

SpawnPy stores your email address, a password hash, idea titles, notes, next moves, states, and UTC timestamps. These are used to provide your private incubator and account recovery.

Storage and services

Your hosting provider stores the database and private session files. A configured SMTP provider processes reset emails. Authentication attempts use hashed email/IP buckets retained up to 30 minutes. Private technical logs contain error references and file locations, without submitted idea content or passwords. There are no analytics or advertising trackers in this MVP.

Cookies and your choices

An essential session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms. It expires when your browser closes; inactive sessions expire after two hours. Delete your account in Account settings to remove active records. Contact the owner for a data copy or assistance.

Before publishing

The owner must supply legal identity, contact email, hosting and SMTP providers, processing locations, retention and backup expiry schedules, applicable rights and lawful basis, and the effective date. This draft must be reviewed for the owner’s jurisdiction before public registration opens.
